Forging an action plan

At first, it seems that the idea of meeting and creating an action plan before September 1, on Monday evening, was completely insane, because we, like the students on September 2, can`t and can`t concentrate. 😄 The given time of 3 hours is not much. Fortunately, our teacher - organizational psychologist, supervisor and learning coach Lauma Žubule, nevertheless manages to focus us and soon we can continue working further from the place where, on a wonderful summer day in Turbas, together with Lauma, when we finished creating our strategy and outlined our main priorities.

The task of today's meeting was to define at least 3 tasks for each priority, then for each task at least 4 subtasks, then for each subtask to define the desired results of 2024 and 2027, as well as to determine the necessary resources and the person responsible. And finally, draw up a specific time plan for the first year. Before we got down to work, in the story about thinking caps, Lauma encouraged us to be open, not to compete with each other, and to allow ourselves to have different views.

Although it seemed impossible at first, we managed to do the incredible in 50 minutes - from a general priority to specific tasks and a specific person in charge. 😇 It seems you could even feel determination and tremendous concentration in the air. Such times allow us to realize how much power we have when we unite and inspire us to work further.

Thank you Lauma Žubule for your professionalism! The next challenge is how to maintain this spark on a daily basis and keep it in the long term...
